Paul brings over 30 years of experience as a Paramedic and holds an Honours degree in Para Medicine. He is also a qualified City and Guilds Instructor, with a specialization in Medical Emergencies in Dental Practice training for over 15 years.
Paul applies his extensive medical expertise to designing and delivering bespoke Medical Emergency Courses exclusively tailored for dental professionals. His courses adhere to the most up-to-date guidelines and techniques, ensuring they are taught to the highest standard.
A sought-after speaker, Paul has shared his knowledge at prestigious events such as the BDA Dentistry Show and Denplan CPD training sessions. His passion lies in educating and empowering the entire dental team with practical skills and insights.
In his downtime, Paul enjoys quality family time, reading, and swimming.
Anja has 14 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with the NHS. As the Clinical Manager for OPA Medical, she plays a pivotal role in devising and developing comprehensive training programs, ensuring they meet the highest standards and reflect the latest advancements in the field.
A key member of the senior management team, Anja oversees the daily operations of OPA Medical, including compliance matters, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of all courses. She is also actively involved in presenting and facilitating training sessions across the UK, where she enjoys engaging with the dental teams she works alongside.
Outside of work, Anja balances her busy life as a mother with her passion for Karate and is currently pursuing a degree.
Liam brings a wealth of experience from his years working in the NHS, particularly within the mental health sector as a Career Coach and Employment Specialist. His expertise in coaching and employment services has equipped him with a versatile skill set that he now applies to his role at OPA Medical.
As Business Manager, Liam oversees the day-to-day operations, manages the website, and collaborates with partner organisations to coordinate and book training courses. His diverse background in healthcare, manufacturing, education, and career coaching enables him to bring unique perspectives and insights to the team.
Outside of work, Liam has a passion for travel and a love for collecting vinyl records.
